Each sale begins with you, the customer, identifying underutilized assets that qualify for a remarketing program.
Your staff provide an equipment list to schedule an onsite inspection of each unit.
Inspections are used by our team to conduct an analysis of market trends, historical sales data and anticipated make-ready costs of the subject units.
This preliminary due diligence allows GovPlanet to generate transparent and favorable sales proposals for each of our clients.
